What could be the cause of a sudden black screen and fan overdrive on my PC, regardless of the temperature or the workload? I have a Windows 10 system with the following specifications:

I have already tried reinstalling Windows 10, but the problem persists. There is no indication of any error or issue in the event viewer. The black screen and fan overdrive can occur after an hour or more of using the PC, either while gaming or just browsing YouTube.
